Richard J. Zuromski, Jr. has been practicing law in California for twenty years in various settings, from one of the largest law firms in the United States to being a solo practitioner. Mr. Zuromski litigates various types of business and real estate cases. Representative matters include commercial lease disputes and unlawful detainer (eviction) cases, “business divorces” including breakups of partnerships and limited liability companies and disputes among their members, and breaches of various business and real estate contracts. Mr. Zuromski is experienced in all aspects of litigation including seeing cases through trial and arbitration in both state and federal court. Mr. Zuromski also advises clients by providing general business advice to his clients before they sign any commercial contract. Although Mr. Zuromski can ably assist in your litigation matters, he prides himself on keeping his clients out of court in the first place.
